John Papaloni was so patient and accommodating. I didn’t have any particular need to buy, and had a pretty specific set of criteria in mind so it took me about 2 months before I purchased my home. John must have taken me to over 25 different viewings over the weeks, always accommodating my schedule and needs. Every week I’d send him a list of properties I wanted to see, and within a day or two all the appointments were made. When it came time to make an offer, John did his research and advised me on a good opening offer. After that there was some back and forth, but he worked with the other realtor and took care of all the trouble for me. In the end I was able to purchase my ideal home at below asking!
